Live-in House Manager: ¨ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with some experience and/or degree. ¨ Benefits include free room and board, insurance, and leave time. ¨ Must be able to work Sunday night through Friday morning (some daytime). ¨ Responsibilities: carry out Individual Plans for people with developmental disabilities, scheduling and transporting for medical appointments, and day to day operations of the home. Complete all required paperwork for each individual and the house. ¨ Salary $25,000 per year Assistant House Manager: ¨ Same educational requirements as House Manager. ¨ Requires filling in, in the absence of a House Manager, flexibility in working at any of the 11 homes, same basic responsibilities as House Manager, and includes overnights and at times weekends. ¨ Starting pay rate $11.00 per hour plus benefits. Full-time Weekend: ¨ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and no experience necessary. ¨ Flying Colors will provide all necessary training upon hire. ¨ This position serves as support for the House Manager. ¨ Responsibilities include: providing supervision to the individuals served, plan and participate in community activities, provide assistance in cooking, cleaning, and laundry as needed to maintain the house, and complete necessary paperwork such as Outcomes and Goals. ¨ Starting pay rate $10.50 per hour plus benefits. Awake Overnight CLA: ¨ Same education as Full-time Weekend. ¨ Starting pay rate if $10.00 per hour part-time or full-time, and plus benefits if full-time. Substitute or Part-time CLA: ¨ Same education as Full-time Weekend. ¨ Substitute fills in, in the absence of other staff. Must work at least once a month. CLA shifts: evening during the week or Sat. & Sun. Same responsibilities. ¨ Substitute needs to be flexible and able to work at any of the 11 homes. ¨ Starting pay rate $9.00 to $9.50 per hour. |
